Mounting Instructions The
pieces of the Crystal Emblem are attached by 3M-tape inside the car
manufacturer's emblem to make sure they stay in place. But the contact
surface must be clean. Window cleaner and tissue can be used to make the
contact surface dust- and oil-free as well as dry.
The provided needles make it easy to position the Crystal Emblem pieces.
Start with a small piece and push just one needle between the crystals so
that you can hold the piece with the needle. (For large pieces it is
better to use two needles!) Practice to position the piece before you
remove the backing tape: the 3M-tape gives you only one chance to do it
right! Now peel off the backing tape, position the piece and press it
place. Proceed with the other pieces. |
